For many small to midsized enterprises, email can be a blessing and a curse. The ubiquity of immediate communication that email creates has enabled businesses to promote better internal collaboration and more efficient customer service. But with convenience also comes problems. Not just the obvious issues of spam and viruses but also a myriad of other more fundamental business issues. For example, being able to archive and retrieve messages as business documents for regulators and, in the event of legal actions, for the courts.
