ABA President Mathis Testifies on “The McNulty Memorandum’s Effect on the Right to Counsel in Corporate Investigations”

ABA President Karen Mathis has issued a statement in advance of her March 8 testimony before the House Judiciary Subcommittee on Crime, Terrorism, and Homeland Security. The subject is “The McNulty Memorandum’s Effect on the Right to Counsel in Corporate Investigations.”
